A very eye-popping question as it is, but there are things or perhaps living things that are rare on the planet earth, and what is exciting about this question is there are varied answers from different people from all walks of life. And once a thing or a living creature is rare it may command steep price when sold in the market, and when you are a willing buyer for sure you will shell out a huge amount of mullah to satiate your fondness for things that are not common. 4. The Philippine Monkey Eating Eagle, the rarest of its kind in the world. There are only few hundreds of these scattered all across the Philippine archipelago.
5. The rare earth elements or the so called rare earth metals that comprises 17 chemical elements in the periodic table, and these are scandium, yttrium, and the 15 lanthanides.
6. The fresh water dolphin in China (Yangtze River dolphin).
7. White Rhinoceros in Africa which has two sub species, which is the Southern and Northern. There are only seven known white rhinos in captivity to date.
8. The rarest shark in the planet, the megamouth shark.
9. Multiple births such as octuplets, septuplets or sextuplets.  The second octuplet that is recorded in history took place in California in the year 2009.
10. Neutrinos, which is one of the fundamental elements in the universe is also one of the most elusive and least understood.

SEGA Launches New Game Console Named Sega Zone

Sega will soon join the game console bandwagon that is also comprised of Playstation, Wii and the Xbox. The new game console boasts off 20 classic Sega titles such as Sonic and the Knuckles, Golden Axe, Alex Kid and 30 other games, half of which is motion controlled.

Pocket-Lint said that Sega Zone will be controlled with two wireless remote controls like that of the Wii.
