Sub-Professional

Verbal – Number of items given on the test is 45 (Deals with vocabulary and verbal reasoning)

Analytical – Number of items given on the test is 40 (Deals with situational questions)

Numerical – Number of items given on the test is 40 (Deals with mathematics)

General Information – Number of items given on the test is 20 (Deals with Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713), Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts, and Environment Management and Protection.)

What is the difference between the Professional and Sub-professional examination given by the Civil Service Commission (CSC)?

Answer: Professional Examination is for the college graduate whilst the Sub-Professional Examination is for the college undergraduate.
