6. Do not use acronyms that are not familiar to the people you are conveying your message(s) through e-mail or chatting.
7. Be generous enough to give constructive feedback on the documents sent to you. Give them some corrections in a nice manner.
8. Do not use ALL CAPS when typing. This is synonymous to shouting. Limit the length of the lines to less than 65 characters. Carriage returns should be used with your end lines.
9. The subject heading must be related to the contents of the entire message.
10. You may opt to use digispeak once in a while, but not always.
